How Our Meat Is Processed & Prices
Jan.1 through Sept.15th
Tri S Ranch's beef is dry aged 14 days & up to 21 days. Then the beef is processed and or vacuum sealed, labeled, and flash frozen fresh. 
Our Brand, Tri S Ranch,  is on sealed packages.
Case ready for your home freezer or with a S.C. meat labled for retail sales.
 Beef prices  Include Normal Processing to your specifications.
 
Steaks: Normal Processing includes but not limited to
Sirloin, T-Bone, Rib, Chuck, Chuck-Eye, Round (boneless), Sirloin Tip (boneless, New York Strip (boneless), Filet Mignon (boneless), Ribeye (boneless), Flank, Hanger, Petite Tender, Eye of Round, Top Round, Bottom Round, and Flat Iron.
 
Roast: Normal Processing includes but not limited to
Chuck, Should, Standing Rib, English (pot roast), Top Round (boneless), Bottom Round (boneless), Eye of Round (boneless), London Broil, and Sirloin Tip (boneless).
 
Extra charges will apply for Sausage
 Sausage: Bulk, Link, or Patties (mild or hot) (25 lbs. minimum order required for any sausage) .25 cents per pound for seasoning.
For any links and patties add .60 cents per pound  .
 
Our Beef is processed in a South Carolina State Inspected Plant near our ranch.
We process the Beef when finished live weights reach around 900+ to 1000+ pounds.

Our most common order is  all the Steaks, and maybe one or two roasts, ribs and the rest as ground beef, as that is most convenient for many families.

How To Order Your Beef
( You can go in together with FAMILY AND FRIENDS  to reduce and share the cost or to buy larger weights..)
 
1. See what is available on the hoof today.
                1100 to 1200 live weight
 
                   Larger Live Weight Size     ( 1000 pounds when finished feeding)   last was, 700 lb. to take home for freezer 
                 Normal Live Weight Size   (800 to 900 pounds when finished feeding)  last was, 550 lb. to take home for freezer
                     
      
2. Pick a Whole Beef  to Reserve.
3. Call us at 864- 418- 9072 or E-mail Tri S Ranch's Beef..with any questions you may have to work out your order. 
4. Place your Order with us, then make Payment to confirm your order on Hanging weight.
5. When you pick up your order, pay the balance due, if any.
( After Finishing Date Listed above, processing and aging the beef will take about 3 weeks )
The balance or final payment will be determined by the certified hanging weight ticket from the Processing Plant.
 
6. We will let you know when your Beef is ready so you can stop by and pick it up ..
Finished beef is dry aged 14 days ( longer if you like @ $3.00 a day over 14 days ), Meat is vacuum sealed, then flash frozen and packed in custom boxes  16" Long x 12" Wide x 12" Tall that fits well in a freezer.
 
7. And Yes, there is a limited number of Beef that we offer each year.. 
 
 
Please Note: The Processing Plant's Certified Hanging Ticket Weight will determine the Final (payment) dollar amount.

Orders are processed to the customer's specifications.
 
Because your beef will be processed After you order, you can request specific cuts. You can also talk to the processor directly if you'd like to find out what cuts will be best for your family. They are glad to help out. 
 
 1. Beef is sold live on the hoof from the pasture and takes about three weeks After finishing date.
 2. We do not have processed inventory at this time. We are raising them as you read this but are working on inventory.  
 3. Each cubic foot of freezer space can hold about 35 pounds of food, so you would need at least two cubic feet for a quarter beef, 4 cubic feet for a Half beef, 8 cubic feet for a whole beef.
 4. If you would like one sooner check with us, there may be one or 2 that can go early... 
 5. Restaurants that would like to serve a healthier choice of beef will like our hanging beef. Just give us a call...we can work something out for you..
 
We can deliver your case beef locally at no charge.....(with in reason.)
